JKG in the world, today
For decades, JKG (short for J. Knieriem b.v.), has established and proven itself internationally, as a leading producer of High Security Registration Plates (HSRP), commonly known as “number plates”, or “vehicle license plates”. Our high output blank number plate production facilities have secured timely distribution of finished number plates, worldwide. Just recently JKG has officially been awarded the PhP 3.85 billion (EUR 65.000.000,-) contract for the supply of the new Philippine number plate program for the next 5 years.
Further, JKG offers in house development, design, production and onsite installation of fully automated HSRP number plate blanking production lines, being it for the "German" system, the "French" system, or a combination of both systems! We also offer a full range of related equipment, such as Hot Print machines, Hologram stamping machines, car license plate presses, clapper dies, etc., all designed and produced in house. JKG is installing its custom made designs worldwide and offers (in line) state of the art technology for the application of all known and used security features, on number plates (blanks). Moreover, JKG is a front runner in the full integration of patented High Tech RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Devises) technology in number plates and offers the fastest production lines in the world, to date.
JKG is also a national leader for the production of traffic signs, injection moulding products, (blank) car license plates, vehicle marking and High Security Registration Plate production equipment.
The acquisitions of Gepal b.v. and Naamplaat b.v. in recent years, have successfully secured and consolidated our leading position on the Dutch market and has made us a “one stop shop” traffic sign supplier, for permanent traffics signs, motorway overhead signs, temporary traffic signs. Furthermore, the acquisition of Metalplus, Antwerp, Belgium has given us a welcome foothold in our neighbouring country, Belgium.
Our injection moulding department is renowned for its production of high quality and often crucial elements of engineering plastic products, applied in projects such as the Westerschelde tunnel, and are further being used in a host of industries (e.g. engineering, building, agricultural).
